When you activate the phone you intend to use with your new Metro by T-Mobile account, you will need the phone's IMEI number and the SIM card's ICC ID.You can find your phone's IMEI number from the Settings menu. If you have an Android phone, select About phone and then Status and scroll down until you see it. On an iPhone, select General and then About, and then scroll down until you see the number.Your SIM card's ICC ID is printed on the SIM card.If you got your phone or your SIM card from Walmart then you cannot activate your phone online, you have to call Metro by T-Mobile's customer service to get assistance.
