Go to the Frontier Airlines website.
Scroll down on the Frontier Airlines homepage until you find the "Need Help?" section. It's directly below the "Get to Know Us" section.
Browse the "Need Help?" section until you spot the "Tips and FAQs" link. It's between the "Customer Service" and "Legal" links.
Click on the "Tips and FAQs" link. Doing so will take you to the "FAQ Support" page.
Find the horizontal search box on the "FAQ Support" page. It says "Search for articles..." and has a green-and-white magnifying glass icon to its right.
Click on the search box, which will cause the cursor to blink and your phone's keyboard to appear.
Type "Damaged" in the search box, but don't press the search button on your phone's keyboard.
After typing "Damaged," relevant search results should appear right below it. Look for the one that says "My bag has been damaged, what should I do?" Click on it when you find it. This will take you to a page of the same name.
Read the "My bag has been damaged, what should I do?" page. It offers information about reporting the issue. It also includes the link to a "Damaged Baggage Form."
Follow the instructions on the "My bag has been damaged, what should I do?" page. If you need further assistance, please move on to Step 11.
If you need help reporting that your luggage was damaged, contact Frontier Airlines customer support immediately. A customer service representative can offer advice about how to proceed.
Before calling, make sure to have relevant information available, such as your flight details. You should also take a complete set of pictures of your luggage from all angles. Pay special attention to the damaged areas, including taking close-up photos. You'll likely be asked for these images and need to submit them.
