Personal information pertaining to your trip, including your confirmation number
Visit the Frontier Airlines website.
Scroll all the way down on the Frontier Airlines website until you find the "Need Help?" section. It's between the "Connect With Us" and "Get to Know Us" sections.
Locate the "Customer Service" link in the "Need Help?" section. It should be the first option directly under the header.
Click on the "Customer Service" link. Doing so will take you to a page of the same name.
Scroll down on the "Customer Service" page until you find the "What Can We Help You With Today?" section.
Locate the "Delayed or Damaged Bag" link. It's the first option under "Choose a popular topic below or visit our FAQ for answers to all of our most frequently asked questions."
Click on the "Delayed or Damaged Bag" link, which will take you to the "Baggage Issues" page.
Browse the "Baggage Issues" page for the option that pertains to your problem. Since your luggage is lost, look for the "Did not arrive" option. It should be the first box under the "My checked baggage..." header.
Click on the green-and-white "Did not arrive" box.
Clicking on the "Did Not Arrive" box will take you to another page. Read the "Baggage Tips" section before proceeding.
After reading the baggage tips, click on the green-and-white "Continue" button to proceed.
After clicking the "Continue" button, you'll go to another page that requires you to start entering your personal information.
Continue filling out the information to report that your baggage was lost. If you need assistance, please move on to Step 14.
