Fossil is known for its fairly lenient return and refund policy. In general, you can return anything you purchased at Fossil for any reason and expect to receive a refund, as long as you make the return within 90 days of the purchase. However, all engraved items, embossed items, and custom timepieces are not eligible for refunds. If your order is eligible for a refund, you will not have to pay the shipping for the return. However, the shipping charges for the original purchase will not be refunded.
