Yes, you can return an online purchase to a Carter's, Inc. store. Carter's, Inc. offers the convenience of returning online purchases to any of their physical stores. Simply bring your item, along with the original packing slip or order confirmation email, to the nearest Carter's, Inc. store. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Additionally, the return must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. For cash purchases, refunds will be provided in the form of a merchandise credit. Please note that personalized and monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return.
