Chase offers paperless billing as an alternative to getting a paper bill in the mail. Doing things electronically is generally more convenient, and your bank or credit card statement is no exception.

There are several benefits of using paperless statements:

  • View them more securely.
  • See them sooner.
  • Produce less waste.
  • Check them at any time.

If you want to stop getting paper bills and switch to paperless instead, it only takes a couple of minutes.

How To Select Paperless Bills With Chase

You can switch to paperless bills on the Chase Mobile app, through your browser or over the phone:

Chase Mobile App

Step one: Tap the Chase Mobile app icon and sign in.

Step two: Tap the main menu, select Account management and then tap Paperless.

Step three: You will see a list of your accounts, and you can choose which ones you want to receive paperless notifications for. Choose the accounts you want to be paperless and toggle them on.

Now, your selected accounts are paperless and you can view your statements any time you want by tapping See statements. You can change your setting between paperless and paper whenever you want by toggling on or off. It could take up to one month to stop receiving paper statements.

Browser

Step one: Go to the Chase website and sign in.

Step two: Click Profile and settings located in the top-right corner of the page, then click Account management, and then Paperless.

Step three: You will see a list of your accounts that you can set as paperless. To the left of each eligible account, select the ones you want to change to paperless, and then click I consent.

Your updates are now confirmed, and your statements will now be paperless. To view your statements, sign in to your account. Then click on the account you want to view, click Summary and then click Statements.

You can change the setting back at any time. It may take up to a month for you to stop receiving paper statements.

Phone

If you don't currently have access to the internet or would prefer to switch to paperless over the phone, call Chase customer service and a representative will make the change to your account. After confirmation, you'll be able to view your statements electronically whenever you want for all the accounts you choose.
