How Do I Track My Aldi Return?
Tracking your ALDI return depends on where you live. If you live in the United States, you can track your return via the InstaCart app you used to place an online order. If you live in the United Kingdom, you can return certain ALDI purchases via the Royal Mail. Track these packages like you would any other Royal Mail parcel. If you live elsewhere, consult your local customer service representative if you need help tracking a return package.

United States
If you are in the United States, ALDI has partnered with InstaCart to provide online shopping and delivery services to customers. Should you find some part of your order is missing, damaged, of poor quality, or otherwise unsatisfactory, begin the customer service resolution process with InstaCart customer service. You should be able to track the progress of any returns or exchanges from your InstaCart app.
If you are not able to get satisfactory service from InstaCart, you can start the customer service resolution process using the ALDI Help Desk. This is an email-based service, and you should be able to track the progress of your return via regular updates from your customer service representative. Most emails sent to customer service take about three hours to receive an initial response.
United Kingdom
If you are in the United Kingdom, you can return some items, such as Specialbuys, via the post. Access the customer service portal for ALDI - United Kingdom, and fill out a return claim form using the returns note included in your parcel.
If your product weighs 15 kilograms or less, ALDI will provide you with a Royal Mail shipping label. You may mail your return package from any Royal Mail post office, and track your shipment like you would any other Royal Mail delivery. If you encounter problems using this service, contact Royal Mail Customer Service for help.
If you do not wish to use Royal Mail, you may instead use CollectPlus or Hermes. If your item is very heavy, contact ALDI directly to arrange for pickup.
