If you purchased an ALDI product, found it unsatisfactory and wish to exchange it, you have several options.
ALDI's "Twice as Nice" guarantee applies to most ALDI-brand food products. To take advantage of this guarantee, you must have your receipt, any unused portion of the product, and as much of the original packaging as possible. Bring all of these things to your local ALDI's customer service desk. They will both refund your purchase and give you a replacement product.
ALDI's "Twice as Nice" guarantee does not apply to national brands or non-food products. However, you should still bring your receipt, the unused part of the product, and its packaging to your nearest ALDI store's customer service desk. The representative there can facilitate an exchange for you.
If you do not have a receipt, you will receive store credit equal to the value of your purchase in the form of a gift card. You may then use this gift card to re-purchase either this item or your preferred replacement.
Depending on your local laws, you may not be able to exchange alcohol products, such as wine, beer, or liquor.
If you purchased a non-food product from ALDI, check to see if the item came with a warranty or warranty card. If it did, follow the procedure outlined in the warranty to exchange the item. If it did not, bring the product and your receipt to the customer service desk of the store you purchased it from.
If your computer or electronic purchase is unsatisfactory, you have up to 90 days to exchange the item. You must have the item, a receipt, and all packaging in order to obtain an exchange. If you do not have a receipt or packaging, you may receive a certain amount of store credit instead.
If your purchased item does not fit into any of the above categories, or if you have further questions, you can contact ALDI Customer Service. Describe the problem as well as you can, and provide photos or screenshots of the item and receipt if possible. A customer service representative should respond to your query within three hours.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
