ALDI holds a Black Friday sale every year on many of its popular items. If you bought something at the ALDI Black Friday sale and realize that you need to return it, you're in luck. The return process is an easy one. Read on to learn about the ALDI return policy and procedure below.
ALDI Return Policy
ALDI has a generous return policy on most items. All items covered by the ALDI Twice as Nice Guarantee can be returned for a full refund and a replacement of the product you are returning. All items sold at ALDI are covered by this guarantee except for the following items:
- Alcohol
- National brands
- Non-food ALDI Find items
- Items that are being returned for non-quality-related issues
Returns must be made within 90 days of the Black Friday sale. The item you are returning must be in the original package that it came in and it must have all of the original contents of the package with it, including manuals, warranties, accessories, and so forth.
You will need a receipt in order to receive a refund in the same form of payment that you made the purchase with. If you no longer have the receipt you cannot receive a monetary refund, only an ALDI Merchandise Credit gift card with a value equal to the retail price of the item you are returning.
Making the Return
The only way to make the return is to take the item back to the store with the receipt. The people at the customer service desk will help you make the return. If you are not near an ALDI store, you can find one by going online. Just follow this procedure:
- Go to ALDI's home page.
- Click on Find a Store in the navigation widget at the top of the page.
- Enter your zip code in the field provided.
- Click on Find Stores.
