On August 9th, I brought my car to have the latch lock fixed to open the trunk. When Toyota inspected it, they found the latch was fine, but the trunk frame was bent, and the hydraulic bars were broken, likely from them forcing it closed. Despite evidence, they denied responsibility and charged me $[redacted] to fix it. I have cancer and explained my financial situation, but they refuse to acknowledge their mistake. The auto collision team confirmed Toyota forced the trunk shut, causing the damage. I've had bad experiences with this company before, where they replaced my brakes unnecessarily. I'm struggling with the expenses and frustration.

Good afternoon, I'm seeking assistance regarding an issue with Coinbase. I'm not a U.S. citizen, but Coinbase is an American company. I transferred around $16,[redacted] worth of shiba inu cryptocurrency from my Coinbase wallet to my Coinbase account. However, the transaction did not reflect in my account. Upon reaching out to Coinbase, I was informed that the currency was moved to an incompatible one, resulting in the loss of my investment. This has been devastating, as I cannot afford to lose such a significant amount. The funds were directed to my own wallet but in a different currency. While the amount is visible, I'm unable to access or reverse the transaction. I am deeply troubled by the situation and disappointed by Coinbase's response. Purchased a Kenmore refrigerator in [redacted]. We are now on our third refrigerator replacement after four repairmen tried to fix the ongoing issues. Our extended repair contract is valid until [redacted]. Is it possible to receive a replacement refrigerator from a different company other than Kenmore? Also, can we be compensated for the food that got ruined due to freeze burn caused by the loose gasket on the freezer door? We received a replacement door, but unfortunately, it was damaged when we opened the box. Wondering if BBB can assist in resolving this consumer issue.

I contacted Dish Network in September to inquire about their prices. I informed the representative that I already had internet and Roku, paying around $[redacted] a month. The representative offered me a bundle including a Dish package and internet for $74.89 a month. Today, on 10/21, HughesNet charged me $62.31 separately, which was not what I had agreed to. I have spoken with eight people from Dish and HughesNet, including supervisors, with no resolution. I even requested to cancel Dish without fees, but they refused. I asked them to review the recorded conversation where I was pitched the offer. It seems like a bait-and-switch situation. The supervisor mentioned that they would review the recording, but I am concerned they will claim I agreed to this separate charge. I agreed to the bundled deal for $74.89, not extra charges. I want them to honor the original deal or allow me to cancel without penalties. Thank you.

Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air from [redacted] Stinson Way #[redacted] in West Palm Beach, Florida [redacted] initially visited my home on September 4 with a scheduled return date of September 7. Unfortunately, they failed to show up as promised, leaving me without hot water for a month. A Fed Nat claims adjuster visited on September 7 and advised me to cancel their services due to non-approval of their plan and the unacceptable condition of my bedroom walls with four large holes. The leak in the guest bathroom floor was also not located accurately. Supervisor plumber Nick Miller suggested I consult his friend, an independent adjuster, but doing so would have violated my contract with Entrusted. On September 23, Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air offered to fix the hot water issue if rehired, prompting me to contact Visa to freeze the $[redacted].03 they had charged upfront due to their incompetence and mistreatment of an elderly person.

I am writing to share our disappointing experience with Healthy Home Flooring in Phoenix, Arizona. My husband and I saved up to purchase flooring for our son's room and the guest room as Christmas gifts. After meeting with Craig on 11/4 and paying in full, we were promised installation on 11/9. However, we faced several issues. Dan called on 11/8 mentioning a worker injury might delay our installation. Despite expressing our frustration, we didn't receive a call back as promised. When installation day came, we were left waiting with no proper communication. The salesman brought the wrong flooring, and the manager and owner were unreachable. After multiple failed attempts to reach them, we decided to cancel our order for a full refund due to the lack of professionalism and poor service. Despite being offered a warranty, we emphasized our lack of trust and requested a refund immediately. The customer service representative mentioned a 15-day refund process, but we were unsatisfied with this response and the overall experience.

Hello, I was banned from playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare/Warzone and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War a few months ago. The ban was due to suspicions of manipulating game files and using unauthorized 3rd party tools while gaming. At the time, I had viruses on my PC, including a Trojan, which I later removed after a full scan. I suspect this virus triggered my ban, but it could also have been related to a hacker accessing my battle.net account (SilverKnight#[redacted]). There were instances of cmd prompts appearing when I launched the game during the virus period, leading to game crashes. Despite my explanations to Activision, I was permanently banned. I'm reaching out in the hopes of resolving this issue as I would like to enjoy the games I purchased, along with my in-game items. I acknowledge my account ownership but was unable to control the situation with the virus or hacking incident. I am unsure of the origins of the virus or how my account was compromised. I am a dissatisfied Charter Spectrum customer named Donald M Miller. I encountered an issue with a lost online payment that wasn't credited to my account, causing my phone, TV, and internet services to be disconnected. Despite contacting Spectrum multiple times and providing proof of payment through my bank statement, I have been met with unhelpful responses and requests to pay again. I feel frustrated by the lack of assistance in locating the missing payment and the continual increase in my bill whenever I seek help. This experience has left me disappointed and disillusioned with the level of customer service provided by Charter Spectrum.

I purchased Pure Aqua water from Aldi that I have been buying for a while. However, this time there seems to be an issue. My cat drank the water and had adverse reactions, making her sick. Additionally, I experienced worsening migraines, body aches, blisters, and a persistent aftertaste since last Friday. On July 14th, I paid in cash for multiple LG appliances at my local Home Depot store. After waiting a month for the stainless steel gas range I bought, the delivery men dropped it while still in the crate and couldn't install it, asking me to find an independent contractor. Despite already paying for installation, I had to send back the stove. Later, a man claiming to be from Home Depot insisted he could install it and be reimbursed. After delays and unprofessional behavior, the stove I eventually received was not new, dirty, and missing accessories. Despite months of back and forth between Home Depot and LG, I haven't received a resolution. The store managers are unresponsive, and promises to call back go unfulfilled. I just want the new stove I paid for and a proper installation. Can someone assist me as I'm unwell and turning 73, and time may not be on my side.

I received a call from a collection agency regarding a product named "COGNILIFT" with HEALITE listed as the creditor. After ordering on 09/13/[redacted], I noticed suspicious charges on my credit card and had to cancel it. Despite believing it was a one-time purchase, the company continued to charge me. The initial price was $46.97, but they now claim I owe $[redacted].88. The collection agency was disrespectful, insisting I should have read the agreement more carefully, though it was not prominently disclosed. I have discovered negative reviews about this company, suggesting misleading practices that need investigation. Here is a draft of the letter I plan to send. I have until 11/17/[redacted] to respond, as stated in their letter. I will dispute these unfair charges and warn others of their deceptive tactics. I have been unable to access my Chime banking account for several days now. This issue has occurred before, and despite providing all necessary documentation from my registered email address, they are requesting email confirmation before reactivating the account. Despite being promised a resolution within 2 hours, more than 20 hours have passed without any contact. I feel frustrated as I have already submitted required documents and confirmed my email and phone number multiple times. The lack of progress on this matter is causing unnecessary stress.

The other night, I had trouble resetting the passwords for my Microsoft account email accounts. Despite several attempts, one of the passwords got reset but did not work. I found it challenging to reach Microsoft for help, both via phone and online methods. I even tried removing and re-adding the email to my phone, hoping it would work as it did in the past, but no luck this time. The two emails I cannot access are [redacted] and [redacted] When I tried to create a new account, I faced issues with confirmation due to repeated attempts. I am frustrated with Microsoft's process, making password changes difficult. I hope for a resolution as I have never encountered such problems before. I was referred to Progressive Mobility and Medical to replace my broken recliner/lift chair. After a six-month wait, the chair was finally delivered on 12-13-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the chair is uncomfortable and makes a loud pounding sound during the lift process. When I contacted them to return the chair, I was informed that I had signed a document stating I couldn't return it, a detail I do not recall being told. I received two packages of Triamcinolone Acetonide in my mailbox along with a $68 receipt, which I did not order. I have neuropathy and cannot stand for long periods, so I returned the unopened box and receipt for Diclofenac Sodium Topical Gel to the lady at the counter. However, she did not remove it from my account, which led to an unpleasant encounter with the pharmacist, Screelath Vattimille. He yelled at me and threw a half-filled tube of cream at me, claiming it was my return. This experience was distressing, and I would like my $68 refunded for the products I did not order or keep. I bought two Apple Watch Series 7s but received Apple EarPods instead. I used my Capital One credit card for the purchase. After proving to Capital One that the purchase was fraudulent, they refunded my account. Now, they are asking for a second opinion from another vendor on company letterhead by Jan 24th or they will recharge my account. I reached out to multiple companies, including Apple, but they refuse to provide the requested letter. The original company, Blackfridaywatch.com, where I made the purchase is known to be a scam. Capital One insists on this unusual request despite having all the evidence of fraud. I am concerned as I spoke to two Capital One managers who mentioned they will recharge me if I don’t comply. My girlfriend needed surgery at Integris but was transferred to OU Medical Center. On the 23rd, the night staff at OU Medical Center refused to assist her even though she was in severe pain and needed help with her catheter and pain relief. When I asked a nurse for help, she just told me to use the call button. Later, I saw the same nurse eating instead of assisting my girlfriend. I had to help my girlfriend with tasks that the nurses should have been doing. I believe the staff should be held accountable for neglecting their duties. I have been a Direct TV customer since [redacted]. In the past, I had HBO for a few months but cancelled it and requested not to have it added back without my permission. Recently, I received an itemized bill showing HBO charges, which is the first detailed bill I've received since the AT&T merger. When I called customer service on Jan 29, [redacted], I was told I've had HBO since Nov. [redacted], despite my previous instructions. The representative, Alex, could only remove HBO from my account. After requesting to speak with a supervisor, Cheryl confirmed the same information. I believe I should be compensated for the nearly $[redacted] in overcharges, but Cheryl stated they couldn't do that. I mentioned contacting the Better Business Bureau to explore other options. I am following up on my complaint regarding Tracfone, #[redacted]8. I have received a new free phone from them. Unfortunately, the new phone shows no signal bars and cannot be activated. I appreciate their efforts, but will continue to use my old phone, which they claimed would not work after February 1, but still does.
