I recently made a purchase from Shapermint and decided to return it as I was not satisfied. However, I encountered some issues with their customer service. Despite their claims of offering excellent service, I struggled to get assistance with returning the item. After numerous phone calls, I was only able to reach them online and was promised callbacks that never came. The company seemed unreachable by phone, only providing limited assistance online. I also received outdated coupons and felt like I was being scammed. I am frustrated as they are now keeping my $54 and not providing a way out as promised. Their actions do not align with their advertised customer service standards.

I have been a Frontier Communications customer for around a year now. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing issues with my Wi-Fi since the beginning. Despite sending a service technician to my house, the problem remains unresolved. I was charged a $60 service fee for a visit that lasted only two minutes and did not fix the issue. Consequently, I have been without Internet for the past three months. Although I have been paying my bills on time each month, I have not received any reimbursement for this loss of service. When I contacted customer service today to address the ongoing problem, they were unhelpful and insisted on sending another technician at an additional cost. It is frustrating to be charged for a service that has not been provided effectively. I am disappointed by the lack of support and the continuous billing despite the persistent Wi-Fi problems.

We hold a Sears Master Home Agreement. A technician came to our house on May 26th for our washer and dryer. He mentioned he'd order a part for the dryer and contact us regarding the washer issue, which he couldn't resolve. However, after a week of waiting for the part, we began calling. Despite numerous calls and being placed on hold, transferred around, and assured of call backs, we haven't received any help. The situation escalated further as we renewed our policy on June 5th for $[redacted].00. We are seeking assistance as seniors and are unsure of what steps to take next. Bob K. & Anne at [redacted] or (70)[redacted].

I recently had an appointment at Stanton Optical in West Town Knoxville. Before going, I inquired about an eye doctor in their office and whether they were limiting the number of people in-store, to which they confirmed. However, upon arrival, the store was crowded, with no adherence to social distancing or mask-wearing. I requested to sit in a private room. During the visit, I received a different contact lens prescription from a young man. Shortly after, I realized the contacts were ineffective and uncomfortable. After contacting them multiple times about the issue and not receiving a timely response, I requested to speak with a manager. Despite assurances of a follow-up, I have yet to hear back, leading to my dissatisfaction and desire for a refund for the unfulfilled visit and contacts.

I purchased clothes from CATOS in Topeka and returned them without trying them on initially. When I went to exchange them for a different size, they charged me more on my debit card instead of arranging an even exchange. I only noticed this later and returned to the store the same day to have the additional charge refunded. However, they informed me that the head office was responsible for the refund process. Despite providing receipts and withdrawal information twice, I have not received a resolution. They claimed to be processing it but later said they misplaced my receipts. The money was deducted from my debit card without my authorization, and I am insistent on having it returned. I even offered to accept store credit as a compromise, but they declined. I feel that they are improperly withholding my money since this issue arose on May 19th, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

Today, I received a call falsely claiming I purchased a $[redacted] computer service package. The recording instructed me to say "yes" to authorize the payment, then provided a phone number - [redacted] - before abruptly hanging up. The number showed up as the incoming call. When I called it back, someone with poor English insisted I agreed to the service and needed to complete a cancellation form. Curiously, they never asked for my details and claimed the charge would go to a VISA card without providing the number. After challenging them to connect me with a billing manager, I was transferred to another person with even poorer English. They mentioned a vague company name possibly containing "Northern" and two names, one with Emily and another with Brenner or Brennan. Despite my denials, they maintained I had authorized the service. Feeling suspicious, I ended the call. Wondering if I should alert my banks and credit card companies about this potentially fraudulent activity.

On April 18, [redacted], my mom received a call from Dealer Services offering a warranty for her vehicle, claiming to be affiliated with Ford. Despite her current warranty not expiring until July 31, she provided her bank details, resulting in a $[redacted] monthly charge. Upon realizing the error, I promptly called to cancel the service. Each month since, I have contacted them, only to be given excuses about delays due to the pandemic and accounting issues. Despite explaining my mother's situation and threatening small claims court, they have failed to issue the promised refund. Their constant reassurances and lack of progress have been frustrating. If anyone has advice or suggestions, please share. The contact number for Dealer Services is [redacted].

I am experiencing issues with Direct Express as they are withholding my SSDI funds, claiming identity verification problems. Unbelievably, someone has made unauthorized withdrawals and changed my personal information without my permission or proper identification. Despite my efforts to contact a supervisor, I have faced rude arguments about my identity. I have reported this to the Attorney General and now reaching out to request a thorough investigation to resolve this matter. This situation has led to my utilities being shut off, facing eviction, and struggling to meet basic needs. I receive payments on the 3rd of each month, and it is already the 19th. Direct Express needs to address these errors promptly and responsibly.

I have received an unexpected bill from Direct Tv/AT&T. Initially, I was informed that I would not have to pay it, but they continue to send it despite my attempts to address the issue. The problem arose when the channels I was promised in my package suddenly became unavailable. I contacted them to inquire about this discrepancy, and they mentioned a contractual issue with the channels. Following our conversation, they assured me that I could cancel my subscription without any penalty. However, I am consistently being billed $[redacted] each month, and my attempts to rectify the situation through multiple calls have been unsuccessful. To provide more context, our account number with them is [redacted], under the name MARY BRADY at 19 Wilson Circle, Littleton, NC [redacted]. The persistence of these charges feels unjust, and I hope to find a resolution soon.

I rented an apartment from Irene and paid a $[redacted] security deposit. The apartment complex is predominantly inhabited by Mexican tenants, and the decor reflects this cultural influence. Upon moving out, I thoroughly cleaned and documented the condition of the apartment, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the management has failed to return my security deposit or provide any evidence of deductions. This situation is impacting my credit score, hindering my goal of buying a home. Despite their claims of owing money, I have not received any formal communication or documentation regarding the deposit. It's frustrating and needs to be addressed promptly.

On July 20, [redacted], I contacted MRO to request the transfer of my medical records to my new provider. They instructed me to email the requested information to requested information @mrocorp. I also provided the fax number ([redacted]) and physical address for my new provider at Geisinger Medical Center, [redacted] N Academy, Danville, PA [redacted], Attn: Psychiatry. After two weeks, I followed up to check if the information was received but was informed it was still needed. I emailed the details again. However, when I called two weeks later, I was told they were working remotely and requested the information once more. Despite my efforts, they claimed to have no record of my correspondence. As a patient requiring a controlled substance for depression, I urgently need a refill. Unfortunately, Danville Psychiatry declined to see me as a new patient due to my existing medication. I am in a difficult situation as I cannot afford to go through withdrawal while working. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Any help would be greatly valued. For further inquiries, please reach me at [redacted]. Sincerely, Susan Y Spotts

In April [redacted], I reached out to AT&T to cancel my iPhone due to high bills. I wasn't aware that I also needed to disconnect the additional lines on my account. Despite contacting them for three months regarding a bill that should only include the DirectTV charge of $74.00, it took until June 11 when I spoke with Ursulla for progress. She reviewed my calls and submitted adjustments for approval by her supervisor to reverse the charges. Although I was told the supervisor would call me, that never occurred. After further attempts, an employee informed me I would be charged monthly until I disconnected the multiple line bill, which was done. When I was transferred to the supervisor for bill adjustments, she declined. I then involved Discover card, who supported my dispute and ruled in my favor. However, AT&T reinstated the charges and disconnected my DirectTV service despite no outstanding payments. I fear this may impact my credit negatively. I have evidence of non-usage for the months post-iPhone disconnection. What steps can I take to safeguard my credit?

I have been leasing furniture from Aaron's in Ottumwa, Iowa. The manager's name is Dave. My dad has recently been placed in a nursing home due to advanced dementia. We have been paying for our furniture for 2 years, which includes a lift chair, a recliner, a love seat, a washing machine, a dryer, and a king size bed. Since my dad no longer needs the lift chair and bed, I offered to return them. However, Dave mentioned that the payments made towards those items would not be transferred to the love seat and washer/dryer. They have been calling my dad multiple times a day, causing more confusion for him. I am on a fixed income due to disability and can't afford this harassment. I have sought help from the Attorney General regarding this situation.

I would like to report an issue with Black Ops Tac. My wife and I purchased watches from them, but unfortunately, the watches were of poor quality. Although I closed my account in April and my wife's account in May, we have been charged $47 monthly since then. Despite contacting them every month to complain and showing them bank statements proving the unauthorized charges, they deny taking any money. I have been unable to resolve this issue despite numerous attempts. I am owed $47 per month since June, and I want these charges to cease immediately. The company Black Ops Tac is located in West Jordan, Utah, with the zip code [redacted]. I hope for a resolution to this matter soon. Thank you for your assistance.

The manager of Riverwalk RV Park and Campground, named Monica, has been harassing me ever since I moved into the park about six months ago. Despite knowing that I am physically and mentally disabled, she has been intentionally scaring me and my dog by driving her golf cart closely by us. Monica gives me hostile looks and directs her anger towards me openly. She seems determined to make my stay here as unpleasant as possible. Recently, she abruptly came to my door, without prior notice, to ask about a $15 balance that I had already discussed with another staff member. Monica’s behavior adds unnecessary stress to my life, considering I deal with chronic pain, take daily narcotic medication, and manage conditions like PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, COPD, and asthma. I simply want peace and to maintain my home, but Monica’s actions threaten that. I am seeking assistance to address this situation. Thank you, Joshua K.

I have been experiencing ongoing harassment by Monica, the manager of Riverwalk RV Park and Campground, ever since I moved in around six months ago. Monica's relentless efforts to make my stay unbearable have pushed me to seek help to resolve this distressing situation. Thank you for your assistance. - Joshua K.

I would like to address an issue I had with Steel Bite Pro, a company that advertises nutraceutical products for improving dental health on their website. I purchased three bottles for three months totaling $[redacted] and took advantage of their 60-day free trial offer. Despite returning two of the bottles as per their instructions and providing tracking details, I only received a refund for one bottle instead of the agreed-upon amount. I have been in contact with a representative named "Sarah" without any resolution, despite sending multiple emails. Now, she is requesting a photo of the returned bottles, which is unreasonable considering the circumstances. I have lost approximately $[redacted] for the two bottles, including tax, on a product that was supposed to be part of a free trial, as well as $4.75 for shipping. I have informed Steel Bite Pro of my intention to report this matter, and I have proceeded with filing a complaint against them.

I am having issues with Upstate Psychiatry in Greenville, South Carolina. I was denied services and have not received any callbacks from the medical staff or records department. I am trying to gather information to reach out to my original psychiatrist. The services were denied due to non-payment within a six-month period. I was homeless during that time, and it caused a delay in my payments. I have always maintained a good payment history in the past and never had any issues. I am concerned about why Dr. Galvarino is not able to see me as a patient anymore. Thank you for your assistance.

My niece was unjustly evicted from a Hospitality Inn in Jacksonville, Florida. Allegedly, it was due to false accusations from someone at the gate gas station. This caused her financial loss and mistreatment by the hotel staff. I provided her with the funds to stay there, making this situation very upsetting for me. I recommended this hotel based on my own positive experiences, but after this incident, I will not be returning. Our family is deeply troubled by these events.

My husband and I visited Ed Morse Toyota, where we have been loyal customers for years. We met with a salesman named Justin French to look at RAV4s. Upon signing the papers, we realized the car he brought us was not the one we expected. Being senior citizens on fixed incomes, we felt taken advantage of. I contacted the corporate office about the situation, but felt unheard. We were asked for more money than we anticipated and received insensitive comments from a manager named Jim during our second visit. We endured a frustrating negotiation and left feeling disrespected. We will not be returning to Ed Morse Toyota after this disappointing experience. Trust was broken, and transparency was lacking throughout. Be cautious, as appearances can be deceiving. Signed, Elaine and David F. [redacted] [redacted] Location: Ed Morse Toyota on Federal Highway in Delray, Florida.
