For a mail return, go to the "Order" section of your Kohl's account, select the item you wish to return, and follow the instructions to print a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the shoes in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the package, and send it off. Your refund should be processed within 14 days.

If you're a Kohl's associate and never received a W-2, you can access it online through the MyHR website. Once logged in, select "My Pay" and then "My Tax Forms". Your W-2 form should be available for viewing and printing. If the form isn't available online or you're encountering any issues, you might need to reach out to the Kohl's HR department directly to ensure they have your correct mailing address and to ask them to resend the form.
