Before reporting an issue with your Xfinity service, check for any outages first. We recommend downloading the app to see details regarding an outage.
Use Xfinity’s Outage Map to check for outages in your area. Simply enter your address or ZIP code to view current outages. Xfinity provides detailed information, including when the outage was reported, its status, and the estimated restoration time. You can also see when the outage was last updated.
If you would like to receive text updates, click Request Text Updates and follow the on-screen instructions.
On the Outage Map, you may also see a Report an Outage link. If you are not experiencing any billing issues and have already restarted your devices, consider reporting the internet problem by clicking Report an Outage. Then follow the on-screen instructions to submit your report to Xfinity.
If there is no outage and you are experiencing intermittent internet connectivity, report the issue to Xfinity so they can investigate. To contact Xfinity, follow the steps below.
