If you receive an email alert from UPS stating that your package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address, it means that some crucial information is missing from the delivery address. To resolve this, please heed the instructions provided in the email. You may be advised to contact UPS directly or to provide the missing information through an online portal. Please do so promptly to prevent further delays in your delivery. If you have already provided a complete and accurate address, we suggest double-checking the information to ensure no errors have been made.

To get UPS return package authorization, you first need to contact the company or seller you purchased the item from. They will typically provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or return label. This may be sent to you via email or it may be included within your initial package. If they use UPS for returns, the return label will allow you to send the package back via UPS. If you're given an RMA number, include it with your return shipment. Next, you can drop off your return package at a UPS store, a UPS drop box, or schedule a UPS pickup. If none of these options are offered, the company or seller should provide specific return instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot directly help you track an Amazon return as it's not within our scope. However, if Amazon has provided you with a UPS tracking number, you can go to the UPS official website and enter your tracking number in the tracking option. It will then provide you with the current status and location of your package. Make sure you have the correct and complete UPS tracking number. If Amazon provided a different carrier’s tracking number, you should track your return through that specific carrier.
