Today, I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my package in the morning. To my dismay, the delivery person only knocked once and immediately drove off without leaving the package. Despite my efforts to reach out, the driver left without resolving the situation. My package necessitates a signature, and it is essential that I receive it today. I am disheartened by the lack of effort demonstrated by the delivery person and UPS in addressing this issue. I was advised to retrieve the package myself from a location that is an hour away. I am now regretting the additional expense I incurred for UPS Next Day Air.

I attempted to drop off a package at the Pilot truck stop in Anthony, TX yesterday at approximately 10:00AM, but I couldn't because there was a box jammed in the slot. Today, at 7:20AM, I tried again only to find the same issue still unresolved. I assume UPS collects packages daily, so I am concerned it may have been overlooked or the drop-off location was not inspected. I want to ensure that the box causing the blockage gets delivered properly. I notified a Pilot employee about the stuck box in the hopes that the UPS driver can be informed. Regarding tracking number 1Z[redacted][redacted], the package was delayed. Initially, UPS indicated the item was refused and sent back due to damage, despite it not being received. Later, it was clarified that the delayed delivery was due to repackaging, as the original damaged item was returned and a replacement was sent. However, the company I bought the item from confirmed they did not ship a replacement. In a call with UPS and the company, it was wrongly mentioned that the item had been previously delivered. After several attempts to verify the package status, the UPS representative abruptly ended the call while the item is now in West Sacramento awaiting delivery.

I ordered some expensive solar panels that arrived in Birmingham on 5/8/19. Unfortunately, they were held until 5/13/19 and delivered crushed by a forklift. Despite having clear pictures of the damage, the tracking details only mentioned that I refused delivery. Subsequently, I had an expensive inverter arrive in Birmingham on 6/13/19, and after requesting not to hold it for seven days, they agreed to deliver on 6/17/19. However, the driver wanted me to meet them 25 miles away, contrary to my prior arrangement. UPS then refused to deliver and insisted I wait until 6/20/19. When I called to resolve the issue, they were untruthful. It's frustrating how UPS mishandles packages and treats customers poorly when concerns are raised.

I reside between Las Cruces and Deming, NM located off Exit [redacted] on Interstate 10. My address is [redacted] Hwy. [redacted], situated in either Las Cruces or Fairacres, NM. Although both towns are close, I receive mail in Fairacres. Deliveries from Fed X are successful; however, UPS struggles to find my address, resulting in packages being returned. Even though smartphones can guide you to my location, UPS drivers seem to face challenges. A current package (1Z045FA[redacted]6) is awaiting delivery in Las Cruces, but I was informed it cannot be picked up in-store and will be delivered tomorrow. Given past experiences, I doubt this will occur. I urge drivers to recognize my residence visible from I-10, just west of Las Cruces at Exit [redacted]. I hope to avoid future issues by recommending the use of Fed X for deliveries to my address. Thank you.

I have a mailbox at your store located at [redacted] Ponce de Leon Place, Suite M116, Decatur, Georgia [redacted]. I successfully had my mail forwarded on June 14. However, the issue arose on June 21 when I requested a certified signed receipt for forwarded mail and it had not arrived. When I called the store, the employee handling my query seemed dismissive and unhelpful. Despite paying $[redacted] for this service, I was treated poorly. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that my mail had not been sent as promised, and it was later found piled up in the back office. This lapse in service not only inconvenienced me but also put important legal documents at risk. I expect a resolution and assurances that this will not reoccur in the future. I have had trouble receiving my last two Amazon shipments at my residence. Despite providing the correct address at [redacted] W Post Road SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52[redacted], I was informed that my address was undeliverable. This is incorrect as other carriers like motor freight companies and USPS have had no issues finding our location. Recently, UPS successfully picked up a package from us, making this situation even more frustrating. Our house number is clearly visible on the mailbox. I witnessed a UPS truck nearby while being told my Amazon package was undeliverable, which is disappointing as I was relying on it for an upcoming project. Now, it seems I must go to Hiawatha to retrieve the package, which is inconvenient. UPS accepted payment for shipping but failed to deliver the package on time. I hope UPS can take responsibility and ensure timely delivery of my package today.

On May 24, Samsung Corp provided a UPS shipping label for my Galaxy EK-GC200ZKAXAR camera to be sent to EUNICORE CAMERA REPAIR in Closter, NJ. The tracking number assigned is 1ZRV[redacted][redacted]. I handed the package, with a duplicate label inside, to my regular route driver, Eddie, on May 28. However, Unicore claims they never received the camera. When checking the tracking number online, it showed that the package was delivered on May 24, which is impossible because UPS Ground is not a same-day service. Additionally, the UPS "Proof of Delivery" indicates the package was left at the front door of Unicore, contrary to what UPS Customer Service explained to me. Eddie cannot confirm receiving the camera, despite my repeated inquiries for the manager's contact information. I suspect my camera was stolen by UPS staff and data related to the tracking number was falsified. I am seeking full restitution of $[redacted], the purchase price of the camera plus NYC and NYS taxes.

I am experiencing issues with the delivery of my packages. The tracking numbers are 1Z076AW[redacted]7 and 1Z076AW[redacted]3. Despite living in a subdivision where the address is easy to locate, I was told there is no such address for delivery. The packages were supposed to arrive last Friday or Monday. Upon checking the tracking information on Wednesday, it still showed no delivery attempt. I called the Angelton center and was informed that substitute drivers were covering due to regular drivers being on vacation. I found this explanation unsatisfactory and the staff member I spoke with was rude. I requested to speak with a manager and was connected to Sharon, who was very polite. I provided an alternative address on the main highway for delivery. Despite being assured the packages would arrive on Friday, the tracking still showed no delivery attempt. After contacting the center again, I was informed that my address did not match the [redacted] address, which I disputed. I was informed the packages would now arrive on Monday. I am disappointed with the service and seeking compensation for the inconvenience.

My shipment with tracking number 1Z97518X[redacted] was sent via UPS 2nd Day Air on July 1 as confirmed by UPS. Despite numerous delays, when I attempted to pick it up at the UPS facility, they had no record of it. After agreeing to pick it up on July 5, I was later informed it would not be available until July 9. Trying to redirect the delivery back to my home prompted an additional charge from UPS. I am disappointed with UPS's handling of my shipment, from the delays to the additional charges. I believe they should deliver the item to my home without any extra fees and refund the shipping costs.

There are signs on our parking lot requesting all deliveries to go to the back of the building. Recently, a delivery person ignored this and brought packages to the front, despite being informed. He mentioned he couldn't find a suitable place to park due to construction, but there is an available lot behind our office. The necklaces were meant to be delivered to my partner yesterday, but the delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow without our request. We received a message stating that the delivery was delayed at the receiver's request, which is not accurate. I contacted UPS regarding this issue, but the responses I received were not very helpful. My package with tracking number 1Z0W37Y[redacted]2 was due for delivery on July 17. UPS updated the delivery location to their Norwood facility for pickup without my consent. I am unable to go there. Despite speaking with Amazon (the sender) and a UPS representative, the package was not sent to my home as promised. The system still shows I agreed to pick it up in Norwood. After contacting the automated help line twice and expecting a call from UPS promptly, no one has reached out. The package was meant to arrive at my home by the 17th, and it is urgent because I will be traveling soon, and one item is a gift for my upcoming trip. I urgently need UPS to correct the mistake, expedite delivery to my house, update me on the progress, and provide a definite delivery date.

I recently lodged a delivery complaint. The delivery driver carelessly tossed my package on the lawn, causing the contents to get ruined by the sprinklers. The company is sending a replacement, resolving that part of the issue. My primary concern is the delivery method. I expect packages to be brought to my door or at least inside the gate, not thrown onto the lawn. A driver retrieved the damaged package, but the contents were already returned to the seller, making it unavailable for pick-up. I'm unsure how to proceed in handling this aspect of the complaint as the replacement is expected by tomorrow.

I arranged for a two-day delivery package from McKesson Surgical Supplies to make sure I received it before leaving the hospital. The package was marked for delivery between 12:30 P.M. and 4:30 P.M on 7/25. Despite contacting customer service later at 9 pm, I was informed the package could still arrive as late as 10 pm. By 9:30 pm, the tracking showed a "delivery exception," rescheduling the delivery for 7/26. I am in significant discomfort and have been waiting for the package since yesterday. I find it frustrating that if a driver is unable to deliver on time, it isn't automatically rescheduled for the next morning. Instead, I have to endure a delayed delivery and wait in line again. Currently, it's the second day with a delivery window of 12:30 P.M. - 4:30 P.M., and it's 3 pm, and I'm still waiting. What should be my next steps in this situation?

I purchased a carton of cigarettes from Marlboro Philip Morris Company, but they were defective. They provided me with a return package to send the cigarettes back through UPS. I received the package on 7/15/[redacted] and took it to the post office in Virden, Illinois [redacted]. The postmaster accepted the package as instructed. I have contacted Philip Morris, and they have not yet received the package, even though it was sent with 2nd-day air shipping. UPS was unable to locate the package after I called them. They could not open an investigation due to this issue. I am unable to get a refund until the package is received by Philip Morris. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you.
