I'm in Australia *On Thursday night (*******) I signed up for eharmony I then changed my mind (I really can't afford it and your reviews are woeful). My profile was still pending - I email you and asked that you cancel my account and refund me. I got a return email saying that my repeat payment had been turned off automatic I didn't even know I had signed up for repeat payment.*You need to cancel my account and give me a complete refund now. If you don't I will take action.
GetHuman-franbowi did not yet indicate what eHarmony should do to make this right.
