I was told that closing my account would not mean the my account is deleted and I cannot have a refund. Expiration happens next year. So, I'd like to use what I've paid for. I reopened my account, but I'm consistently told to subscribe to access simple features that I've already paid for. A customer support tech I just called had me download coinbase to "verify email and phone number", except they were asking for further information I will not offer over the phone*internet. Please, reactivate my account. Thanks!
