My item number is ************, Order date Oct **, ****, Estimated delivery Dec **, **** - Dec **, **** and I have not received it. The system does not allow me to open a request to the seller. When I select "Get help with an item that hasn't arrived" it says "It looks like the item is on its way and should arrive by Dec **, ****. If you don't receive it by then, please contact the seller or come back to us so we can help you.". I selected "Contact the seller" and wrote to the seller, but this was not an official request, not registered in the system. I ask for your help.
GetHuman-bakirzul did not yet indicate what eBay should do to make this right.
