So I just bought two small cutting of rooted plants from the same seller, he made me pay double the shipping for some reason even though they arrived in the same exact box. *Secondly, one of the plants was rotting and it died, isn’t the seller supposed to refund me my money? Because he guaranteed that it will arrive safely because “he has sent plants to countries near mine before and never had a problem” *Isn’t he supposed to offer me another of the same plant that rotted? Or atleast a refund? This is not fair especially since I paid double the shipping fee just so it can arrive safely. Can you please help because the resolution Centre does not give this help or a solution to this.
