I recently sold a iphone *, a couple kf days later the buyer request a refund saying item nit as describes whereas i clearly listed the item as faulty and i habe proof of that, and the buyer admited that the home button was working when received but stopped working after a couple of days, beacuse of overuse. And the case still got closed in the buyers favour ? She damaged the phone, received a faulty iphone AS IT WAS LISTED and now i have to refund her after she broke the phone ? That is nit acceptable ebay didnt even give me a chance to listen to my part of the story just took a decision
