I apparently was signed up for you tube or Google play over * MONTHS ago without my permission!! I was completely unaware of this until my last months bill that I had questioned the extra charge and why my bill is higher recently. I tried calling customer service and could NEVER get anyone on the line. Tmobile says I have to call u guy to cancel and get my money back since I never signed up for this. I did download the app but there was some kind of an error when trying to accept a *month trial so I backed out and never touched the app. Please contact me back with a resolution. Thank you in advance.
