My account is a premium account that I am not receiving any of the features for - I can’t play music unless the app is open, all of my playlists are deleted, and other issues. I’ve tried resubscribing and nothing helps. Please refund the time from my membership to now as I’m not getting any of the benefits and no one is fixing this for me. I’d be happy to pay for a membership moving forward once you fix the issue. Please help!
