I was trying to figure out if a person is guilty of copyright infringement. The video channel is Guitar Music Pro and the person has added ads to many of his videos but none of the content is his. The one that I first located was John Mayer Plays "Stevie Ray Vaughn" and there are * ads in a ** minute video. It seems to me that this should be copyright infringement because he is generating a profit from other people's videos. Please let me know if this is the case or if I have misunderstood.
