I purchased two movies ($** each!) for my grandkids to watch while we were on the road yesterday. Nothing went right, and I wasn't able to get them on my iPad. I would like a refund, please. I so rarely use the old iPad, and the process was so slow, also it appears there wasn't enough memory. I tried to watch some parts of the Lego movie while it was downloading, and it was too violent for my * yr old and * yr old grandkids. Sure would've liked the one about animals. Hey, I tried. Sorry, just had no luck. At least I'm a faithful youtubeRED member. Thank you.
