I got a new Mobile device with a new Number. Apparently, my new number was still someone else's WhatsApp number. I can't register my new number with the *-digit registration code provided via Text - rather it's requesting for the previous User's *-digit security PIN which is tied to his email. Now, my WhatsApp Business app is stuck at the screen where I have to enter in that *-digit PIN. Are all my conversations really lost??? Please, help!
