I recently changed from an iPhone * to an *. I travel to Costa Rica and exchange my sim card with a local provider called Kolbi sim card. I tried to activate my existing Sim card on my * only to find the local Provider had canceled my Costa Rican number ( ***-****-**** ). I was then locked out of my WkatsApp application because the system has me locked in a "enter a validation code we will send you to ***-****-****) or "we will call you on that number". That phone number no longer exists so I cannot do either. The application will not allow me to access my U.S. number ..***-***-**** because I cannot get out of the previous prompts to my Costa Rican number*Can you please delete the ***-****-**** from my account so I can register the new number?
