Viagogo told me they cannot. They authorized me to sell the ticket so purchased on their site, then after some weeks, Viagogo removed my listing without any communication to me. So i was under the impression my tickets were still up for sale and they weren't. Then i spoke with a Viagogo agent and they said not to worry they are processing a transaction for my tickets and I'll get a confirmation email with ** hours. I called back ** hours later and the next agent I spoke with said they are not selling the ticket for me and they cancelled my listing because I was not an eligible seller. Whatever that's suppose to mean?? I got screwed by Viagogo, because if I knew they would not resale my tickets, I would have purchased them elsewhere. And the company should never terminate my listing without notifying me. Horrible experience with Viagogo.

The issue in GetHuman-colbycat's own words
I am selling tickets on viagogo, and viagogo staff informed me my tickets are in the process of being sold, but I have not received any compensation for my tickets. And I have no way to communicate with viagogo. I emailed them and have no response.

GetHuman-colbycat did not yet indicate what ViaGoGo should do to make this right.
