There was a charge on our Verizon bill for $***.** with a description of “Restart Grade A iphone.” In the last month or so, we have bought a refurbished iPhone *s through Verizon, have returned that iPhone....and have bought another iPhone. I want to be sure I understand all the charges associated with these purchases*returns.
