I am simply trying to reach someone to give them the UPS tracking numbers ... I returned a router nine months ago and was told it had not been received by a tech service man you sent to the house. I want to give you the tracking numbers on the UPS package that I sent last November.*Next, I was told that I am charged for that router--which has been in the closet for years--left by a tech manager when you had difficulty installing wifi in my house. I would like all charges corrected.
I have in the past two weeks with an outage in my home due to your equipment failure, spent hours trying to reach you.
You could make this right by getting the router tracking numbers, and discussing the financial costs and a new package for my FIOS at my residence
I have been a customer for over ten years. The failure to communicate, to discuss the billing, to discuss a new package is very frustrating. In the next weeks, I will begin investigating new neighborhood services if someone doesn't have the public relations sense to phone.
I have tried to phone and to live chat. The live chat told me to cancel my service. How about that? Is that what the company wants?
