As of right now, I have been on hold for almost ** minutes trying to get through to a live representative in the USA. Close to * weeks ago I spoke to Sowmya in India. He stated he troubleshooted my router and determined it needed to be replaced. He gave me ticket* DEO***SRFG. He said it would take *-* business days to arrive. I have yet to receive the router. I called about ** minutes ago and again spoke to Nithin in India. He said there was not record of my call. I am not HAPPY! I asked him to transfer me to a representative in the USA. I have been waiting ever since. Now over ** minutes. How can I speak to a supervisor in the USA? After ** minutes of additional waiting, I spoke to Donna in the USA. She said there is definitely something wrong with the modem. She said she found an order dated *-*-** but it was canceled and she could not read what it was for. She never apologized and proceeded to tell me she could send out a new modem with a charge of $**.**. I told her the representative on *-*-** said there would be no charge. I told her I want to speak to a supervisor. She suggested I speak to billing. She transferred me. I waited another ** minutes only to get someone in the Phillippines. I told him I want a supervisor in the United States. He said he could transfer me and it would only take *-* minutes. It has been another hour. I finally hung up. I want a supervisor from the United States to contact me at ***-***-**** to resolve this matter. From the time of initiation, I have been on the phone for over * hours. This is unacceptable. I have just discovered something is wrong with my voicemail also. I am getting a busy signal. I should have call forward busy*do not answer. The dialtone indicates I have message but when I access the system there are no messages. Margaret McKenna
