I've been with verizon DSL for about ** years now. We pay for the fastest speed we can get in our area and we are lucky to receive half of that most of the time. In the past few years our family situation has doubled and we now have * younger children in elementary grade cyber school. With the use of everyone else in our home these speeds do not support our needs. We are moving between Nov *th -**th and need both our internet and phone service stop by Monday Nov. **th. Thank you.
