I am STILL waiting for the refund on my security deposit from a trip that ended on May *th. I received an email saying the refund was initiated on May **rd and that I would receive another email when it had been processed. The trip ended over * weeks ago- I should have received the deposit back by now. I have already called about this once and still haven’t gotten anyplace. The person one the phone blamed it on my credit card company...even though VRBO hasn’t fully processed the refund. This issue is causing great hesitation about booking our next trip through VRBO.
