The issue in GetHuman-debelina's own words
i have a rental in north port florida. the tenants came in on ******* and the website for vrbo shows paid in full. we contacted the customers and they are in and happy with the place. we have been looking in our account and today is the *th business day and we still have not received any money yet. I talked with my bank and they stated no money from **** til now plus I can see my account. we have no problems the last * years since we started. this is the first time what should we do.
GetHuman-debelina did not yet indicate what VRBO should do to make this right.
