We have a VRBO for *-* - *-** in Guadeloupe and have had it paid for several months. We got an email from VRBO a while ago telling us we can log in to see check in instructions and directions but we have not received anything. I have messaged the owner through VRBO and have had no response. I am nervous because we leave in * days. Can I get a refund from VRBO so I can book another house. There are availabilities so I’d like to get something secured before we arrive with no place to stay.**Thanks you*Jason Jinyon
