My listing ****** was made inactive for failure to respond to one request. the request was not responded to do to problems with the email provider and new phone not linking properly which caused me not to get the request ,not my neglect. You made my account inactive without notifiying me about it!!! I realized that I wasn't getting any requests and that's when I searched my property and realized it didn't show up. this is a ridiculous policy you have which I have found several online forums where you say you don't do this but obviously you do. I have been a loyal VRBO owner with a listing for many years but you taking me offline for close to * months and not even notifying me is appalling.
GetHuman-tbvancem did not yet indicate what VRBO should do to make this right.
