A ustomer I had who made their *st payment in July, Rebbeca Lorcher, said she never received her refundable deposit in November as stated that she would. There was a mix up with her charges for some reason when she booked and I had to adjust her account properly so that may be why this has happened. However I need to verify what she actually paid out for her * night stay. Can you please review and let me know.
