How GetHuman2961445 fixed the problem
You should start a live chat with a representative and explain the account was opened fraudulently using your email address. The rep will send an email to the account email address (yours) with a code to verify that you are the true owner of the email address of the account opened fraudulently and which you want closed. After verification. you will be asked to copy their account closure policy rules which they put in their chat and paste it in a reply chat message. You will state that you agree with the terms of closure and type your name and perhaps any additional information they request. This is a complicated issue and takes perhaps ** minutes. The rep went above and beyond for me to close this account. My email address have been used fraudulently before in other instances and this has been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had to resolve this type of issue. The Ubisoft rep and his supervisor were dedicated to stop someone who obviously was getting and using personal account information which wasn’t theirs. I would be surprised if they are using a stolen credit card as well if needed for purchases at this site. Kudo’s to Ubisoft!
