How Do I Transfer a Game to My Other Ubisoft Account?
If you want to transfer a game to another Ubisoft account, log in to the account that owns the game. Then, go to the Ubisoft Account website and click Manage my games. Log Into the Ubisoft Account
To transfer your game from one Ubisoft account to another, you'll first need to log into the Ubisoft Account where your game is currently registered.
Account Information Page
Go to the Account Information page and follow these steps:
- On the left side of the Uplay desktop client, click on My Account.
- You will see your account page.
- Navigate down and select Transfer Game.
Click on the Game You Wish To Transfer
In the Uplay PC client, perform the following steps:
- Click on the Games tab.
- Scroll down to the list of games.
- Then click on the game you wish to transfer.
Click Transfer
Ubisoft advises keeping the same Uplay account active on the website and in-game, as this is useful when transferring your game. Follow these steps to do so:
- You can click the Transfer button.
- You'll receive an email from Ubisoft confirming your choice.
- Enter your new Ubisoft Account email address, then click Accept transfer.
- Enter your new Ubisoft Account email address.
- Click Accept transfer.
Receives an Email Message
After completing all the steps above, you will receive an email from Ubisoft with further instructions on transferring your game. If you don't receive this email within 24 hours of completing the transfer process, contact Ubisoft Support for assistance.
Ubisoft Game Transfer Request
Click the Accept Transfer button in the Ubisoft Game Transfer Request email to accept the transfer. Once you confirm the transfer using the link in that email, log back into Uplay. When you purchase a game on Uplay, it comes with an account attached to your computer.
If this is the first time you've played that game, it's tied to your computer's hardware — installing that game on another PC or Mac won't work.

To transfer a game to your other Ubisoft account, follow these steps:
- Click on Ubisoft Game Transfer Request under My Account section on the top right of the page.
- Follow the instructions and accept your transfer.
You Will Receive Another Confirmation Email
To complete the process, Ubisoft will send you an email containing a link to confirm your account.
- Go to the Ubisoft Account website and click Go to My Account.
- You will be redirected to a confirmation screen and receive another email from Ubisoft.
- Click on the link in your email to confirm your account.
