The issue in GetHuman-callout's own words
set up an account using my email but it's already in use by someone named Debora Sana and that account is suspended. I have no idea what I need to do to set up the account. ... I didn't think I had a twitter account so I went to set up one. I entered my email and it said it was in use so I entered what I thought might be the password but it wasn't. So I sent for reset and when I got the email to *****@***.com it said is was for a Debora Sana. That is not me. How is she using my email address?
because I am new to this and don't have a clue what I need to do to fix it.

I expected to be able to use my email address to set up and account but it looks like it may be too complicated.
I don't know how to fix anything as I don't have an account what do we need you for if we have to figure out how to fix our own problems
