I’ve been getting charged for years for two Spotify accounts when I only have one. The entire time I paid for the family subscription aswell I was not getting the family “advantages” advertised such as using on two devices at the same time. I want a refund for being charged double and for being charged for the wrong services ASAP. I’m definitely going to take this further to the governing bodies that monitor such things if this isn’t resolved in a satisfactorily manner. It is not ok to advertise something, have a customer buy it based on that then not get that service never mind being charged through a phone bill and your bank at the same time for the one account. I want all Spotify subriptions cancelled immediately.
