The issue in GetHuman-babybe's own words
there was a deal going on in December for ** cents you get a three month subscription. Well my * months were up so I cancelled it to add in a giftcard for one free month of premium. Not only did I get an email saying my subscription was cancelled, I also got an email saying my giftcard was redeemed. So why was i charged for another month????? When I checked my bank statement, not only did it show the $** for a month it showed another $** charged!!!!!! There is NO explanation it just says “fee spotify”. FEE FOR WHAT!?!?!?! I did NOT sign up for anything!!! If I don’t get my money back I will sure as **** never use spotify again and make sure everyone knows what a scam this is!!!!! I did not have $** in my bank account, I had $**. So now my bank account is NEGATIVE **!!!!!!
