When not online or wifi, I can't play my songs which is one of the main reasons I wanted to download music.*When downloading, apparently there's supposed to be a green "circle" next to the song showing that it's been downloaded and that wifi is NOT necessary. *My "circles" don't light up green and therefore either won't play or play parts of the song, it's really annoying. *I would like to cancel if this can't be fixed.*Thank you
