Apparently my free trial ended so I tried to make a payment. It kept saying that my payment did not go through and to try later. Well I did that and you charged me SIX times! Each time it told me that my payment did not go through and it was the whole time! Now, i try to add my family members to my plan, it says i need to make a payment first! Please fix this or I will cancel my subscription entirely!
