I am currently paying for the student plan since I am a college student, so I pay $*.** a month for Spotify premium plus the Hulu and showtime. My plan was cancelled in the new year, so I re-verified myself as a student and re-signed up. Although, Spotify premium already had charged me immediately for the full price ($*.**) for the month of January without any notification. I need a refund for this amount, considering I already paid the $*.** for my student plan for January. I was charged for both the student plan and the regular premium in the month of January. thank you so much in advance.
