Hello, I cancelled my subscription, unfortunately, but I also obtained a overdraft fees through my bank which I am unable to afford at the moment I'll greatly appreciate if Spotify can please refund the subscription money, I have not used the service since I cancelled and will not.The fee cannot be reversed until I get the merchant (Spotify) charge refunded. I will return to subscription when I can afford it. Thank you very much.
