I have two accounts with Spotify (accidentally). One account I am wing charged for. The other is free. I don’t remember user name and password info for the one I am paying for and when I enter my email it sends messages to my email regarding the free one. So, I am caught in an endless detail loop (in computer speak). I’d like to either cancel both and start over, or cancel the free one and recover access information to the one that I pay for.
