I got a message that I needed to update my payment, and could not figure out how to do that. Then I lost my premium membership, then I could not log into my account says that it’s someone else’s account. Did I just loose all my music? I wanted to update my account and don’t know what to do.
GetHuman-ambergth did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
