Our spotify account number is PO****** and we're on the premium family plan. My daughter and I are both getting premium (no ads etc) however my wife is constantly getting ads and interruptions. Her number is ***-***-****. Why isn't she also getting the premium service that we applied for as a family -- and pay for? Please contact me asap as this is an ongoing problem and reaching you guys is an enormous problem.
GetHuman-parsco did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
