Hi I just noticed that I have been getting double charged on my account. I switched to a family plan with my brother in July of **** which it shows in my account that I’m paying zero dollars since then. But on my credit card I’m shows that I’m getting charged *.** since November ****. I would like to figure out why that might be. I’ve tried logging into possible other accounts but can’t find anything. I have also talked to your support team already on this about * or * months ago but unfortunately couldn’t handle it then.
