I have a teenager who has signed up for spotify monthly contract via EE when we are separately signed up for a family package. I wish to cancel the spotify account connected to mobile phone number *********** with immediate effect. This money has been taken out of my account with EE since last November **** without my authority. I am really concerned that anyone could sign up in such a fashion, without my authorisation. I cannot get into the account as he has forgotten his passwords. Please can you reply as soon as possible to confirm that this has been cancelled.*Yours faithfully *Philippa Low
